Scandinavian Building Services began as a small janitorial company in Edmonton, Alberta, in 1956. In 1982, Terry and Wilda Hay purchased the company and set their sights beyond Edmonton. Their ambition quickly took root as Scandinavian built a strong presence across Western Canada, earning a “spotless reputation” and a growing roster of commercial clients.
Today, Scandinavian is a second-generation, family-owned business serving clients across North America. The company continues to grow steadily, driven by a commitment to innovation, service excellence, and strong partnerships.
